The motifs you upload must not infringe copyrights, trademark rights and statutory provisions, they must not impinge upon personal rights or publicity rights. So you have to possess the authorizations on the content of what you upload.
We do also not tolerate any motifs radical, defamatory or showing unconstitutional contents. The customer should be aware of the fact that violation of legal requirements is a criminal offense. If there should be infringement DeinDesign will refer the entire recovery of claims to the originator.

Personal rights:
We may only produce DesignSkins displaying celebrities if you have been given their consent.
Trademark rights:
We may only produce DesignSkins displaying trademarks or logos if you are able to provide the company’s permission.
Unconstitutionality:
We do not produce DesignSkins displaying motifs unconstitutional.
